RealBirth ‘Works!’ is our core 4-Class antenatal course, designed and delivered by practising midwives and RealBirth Educators to help you prepare physically, emotionally and practically for birth and early parenthood.
Evening or Weekend Courses
It can be 4 x evenings or 2 x Saturdays, please choose which course you want to do on the booking page.
You’ll leave feeling informed, supported and connected — with both professional guidance and a community around you.
What is included:

You can simple add the postnatal course to create the Complete Real Birth Programme. It can be added by Booking it all in in go, or after you start RealBirth Works. Please talk to us if you want to add this after you start.
Postnatal Includes – Breastfeeding & Care of your new-born and your postnatal family.
Evening Classes are on Wednesday – 7pm to 9pm*
Weekend Courses can be a 2 x Saturday or a Sat & Sunday – 10am to 2pm* – Class 1 & 2 for the 1st Day and Class 3/4 for the 2nd Day.
